Launching New Flagship Coastal Development In Felixstowe

It is with great excitement that we officially launch Laureate Fields, our coastal scheme in Old Felixstowe this weekend, June 8^th and 9^th.  We are pleased to be bringing 197 new homes to the area (66 of which will be affordable), on a site that covers 11 acres.

This scheme is unique to the Felixstowe area, where we are combining high quality contemporary homes with a truly remarkable seaside location.  Laureate Fields is surrounded by beautiful Suffolk countryside – with an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty on the doorstep.

We have designed the scheme to suit today’s lifestyles – with architecture that will stand the test of time. Specification includes German engineered designer kitchens which have integrated appliances, stone workshops and wine coolers to selected houses. Duravit bathroom suites include ceramic white wash hand basins, rain showers and wall mounted mirrors.  In line with inspired contemporary living, the open plan areas are finished with engineered oak timber flooring.

The homes are a mix of one and two-bedroom apartments and two, three and four-bedroom houses, a selection of terraced, semi-detached and detached homes.

Work on Laureate Fields is well underway and we anticipate that the first homes will complete by the end of this year.
