Mansfield Bowling Club

A former bowls club and associated brownfield land located within the Borough of Camden in the Dartmouth Park Conservation Area.

The site has been cleared of existing buildings and planning was secured for the development of a contemporary scheme of 10 bespoke private family homes, 11 apartments for affordable housing, set within landscaped grounds to include three tennis courts, ancillary pavilion and community garden.
