Land at Caspidge Farm

In February 2017, Generator signed a promotional agreement for a 39 acre greenfield site in Bromsgrove, Worcestershire. The site is currently covered by a greenbelt designation and has been documented in the Bromsgrove Local Plan as a potential greenbelt release for residential housing.

An opportunity exists to seek promotion of the site through the plan-led process since an Inspector revoked the Bromsgrove Local Plan, due to a lack of evidence base. Bromsgrove is seeing increased demand for high quality housing due to its suburban location, good immediate transport links and its proximity to Birmingham.
