On behalf of Bank and Insolvency Practitioner clients, we provide a property consultancy service that undertakes strategic and due diligence reviews, and provides advice, options analysis and recommendations for maximising value recovery from property assets. Where appropriate, our service also includes the management and implementation of work-out strategies that take forward our recommended exit strategy on a client’s behalf. This enables us to provide a seamless service from initial desk-top advice on a property asset right through to its conclusion and final capital receipt.
