We carry Professional Indemnity Insurance cover of £5m and have the ability to put in place a 10 year warranty for completed or partly built schemes through an approved insurance provider, where we have undertaken the project due diligence.

We act on behalf of Banks and other funding institutions, Administrators and LPA Receivers & Liquidators, we provide a property consultancy service that undertakes strategic and due diligence reviews, and provides advice, options analysis and recommendations for maximising value recovery from property assets.  Where appropriate, our service also includes the management and implementation of work-out strategies that take forward our recommended exit strategy on a client’s behalf.  This enables us to provide a seamless service from initial desk-top advice on a property asset right through to its conclusion and final capital receipt.

Developments/sites that are either stressed or distressed require experience, lateral thinking and problem solving skills as well as development expertise to provide the optimum value recovery route.  We pride ourselves in providing deliverable solutions rather than simply highlighting problems and have a proven track record of adding value.
